Abstract(in English) | In this paper, the technology to estimate an available bandwidth of the network from the coming and going delay line by changing the transmit rate of two packets is described. Basic concept of this technology is to judge status of probing packets are queued or not on bottleneck link. The merit of this technology is to be able to measure with a few probing packets even in the congested networks But there was the problem that only narrowband could measure by this technique in previous paper. So, improvement of the measurement precision by reviewing conventional algorithm to correspond to broadband is proposed. By this paper, an evaluation result in the experiment network with a characteristic of the suggestion technique is reported. |
