| Abstract(in English) | In this paper we propose a new method for constructing the public-key cryptosytems on the basis of the classical Merkle-Hellman knapsack cryptosystem (MH・PKC). In this paper, we combine two ciphertexts and two subsidiary ciphertexts and also use error-correcting codes in order to improve the security. |
