Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The authors have investigated the acoustic analysis and the electromagnetic analysis using the Constrained Interpolation Profile (CIP) Method recently proposed by Yabe. This report has examined the calculation accuracy the TM field analysis, and then compared of accuracy, memory size, and calculation time the CIP Method with the Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Method. The boundary condition on the surface of a Perfect Electric Conductor (PEC) was applied to the CIP method, and scattering of an electromagnetic plane pulse with the cylindrical PEC was done. The scattered field analysis was able to be done by using the CIP method more highly accurate than the FDTD method.
