Abstract(in English) We have developed widely frequency-tunable CW Terahertz (THz)-wave generators using a non-collinear phase-matched difference-frequency generation (DFG) of semiconductor lasers based on an excited phonon-polariton mode in the GaP. The CW THz-wave has lots of attention recently because of its superior applications in various fields. The potential applications includes in high-resolution and high-speed THz spectroscopy, and imaging technologies.
