Abstract(in English) | We developed optical switches utilizing InP technologies. The switches work within 2ns, are independent from wavelength if in C band and are free from bit rates and modulation formats. These characteristics are very important for optical packet/burst networks, optical routers, interconnection of supercomputers and so on. |
