| 抄録(和) | 開発途中の要求変更はプロジェクト遅延の大きな原因として指摘されることが多い.しかし,技術革新の速度やシステムの環境変化の速度は早く,プロジェクトの進行過程でも要求の追加や変更は受け入れざるを得ないのが実情である.要求の追加や変更も,それらを受け取る時期を誤らなければプロジェクトが遅延することを避けることが可能であるはずである.そこで我々は,期間内で終了したひとつの実例プロジェクトに着目し,開発期間中に発生した要求の追加や変更を調査することで,一つの要求獲得プロセスの実態を明らかにすることにした.調査対象は,レストランの注文管理システムの,半年間に及ぶ開発履歴である.本稿では,調査結果を示すと共に,そこから得られた要求獲得プロセスに対する考察を論ずる. |
| 抄録(英) | Software development projects sometimes face a lot of requirement changes after requirements specification is produced. Even though requirements changes sometimes cause the overrun of the project schedule, we must accept those requirements changes during the project, because most systems are affected by quick technical and social innovation after starting the project. Our research has started with the intention not to miss the adequate timing to elicit requirements. In this context, requirements elicitation includes eliciting new requirements and changing requirements. We regard all these activities as necessary development activities for the project success. This paper focuses on a real project. It was completed within the scheduled term. When the development was in progress, the engineers elicited requirements and changed requirements. We report and discuss the detail of the process of requirements elicitation in the project. |
