Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Usually, large DC motor is used in industrial world, it is well known that the spark is generated at electrical sliding contact part of brush and commutator. This spark causes the problem in the reliability of the motor operation. In this paper, we examined mainly, influence of high current density on contact voltage drop and coefficient of friction of sliding contact action.
