| 抄録(和) | 宇宙機器の潤滑剤としても多用される二硫化モリブデン焼成被膜を用いた揺動すべり軸受の大気中,真空中寿命試験を行った.摩擦係数は大気中で真空中の数倍,寿命は数十分の一となり,寿命は被膜はく離によるものであることがわかった.寿命は被膜下地界面のせん断応力に支配されており,大気中の寿命の大幅な低下は,大気中摩擦係数の増大による被膜下地界面のせん断応力の増加に起因することを明らかにした. |
| 抄録(英) | Wear life tests on the oscillation motion of journal bearings with bonded MoS2 film lubricants were carried out in air and in vacuum. Friction coefficient and wear lives in air are several times larger and several tens of times shorter than those in vacuum, respectively, and the ends of the lives were found to come due to film debonding. Wear lives were governed by shear stresses at the film-substrate interface and the large reduction of wear lives in air was attributed to the large friction in air. |
