Human Identification in Surveillance Video Using RFID Tag and Camera Footage

Abstract(in English) In this report, we propose a method for human identification in surveillance video. The method uses the estimated position and the ID information of a subject obtained by an RFID tag, together with the estimated position obtained by camera footage. Human identification is carried out by combining these results. This report also considers appropriate area partition for position estimation through experiments. Based on the result, the accuracy of position estimation when using RFID tags, and/or using camera footage is evaluated. The experimental results of human identification for two subjects are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
