Abstract(in English) In an astronomical education, looking up at genuine starry sky as the nature experience is important. The environment to be able to study heavenly phenomena even in the room and the outdoors is hoped for when a lot of people are had to experience it. After giving an appropriate processing, the museum curator should offer the teaching material with the room in consideration of a learning environment respectively outdoor for that. However, it is not easy to actually do it to require a lot of time and time for the development of the use equipment and the teaching material corresponding to the learning environment. Then, various use equipment and the learning environments were considered, and the framework to achieve the delivery of the multi-platform contents is constructed in this research. As a result, the museum curator doesn't consider the use equipment and it comes to be able to offer the teaching material.
