Abstract(in English) | We have already proposed a front-end processor, BlueGrottoFEP, which provides existing CAD applications with a 3D sketch-based modeling interface in a virtual reality environment. We have also developed a communication mechanism between BlueGrottoFEP and one particular CAD application to realize their cooperative operation. This paper proposes a new versatile communication mechanism that makes identical BlueGrottoFEP work in cooperation with different practical CAD applications. |
