Abstract(in English) The authors consider what should be prepared now to enable the future consolidation of the fixed IP network and the mobile IP network. This report discusses a basic structure of consolidated IP network and the functions of terminal equipment to be installed in the consolidated IP network. The functions include IP-encapsulation and IP-de-capsulation, how to separate IP flows, priority controls and port-filters.
