Abstract(in English) Proximity interconnect have been required for non-contact connections between devices under test and measurement equipment. In this report, we investigate an interconnect using broadside coupling between the zeroth order resonant mushroom structures. By using the zeroth order resonance, the interconnect can be miniaturized. The broadside coupling characteristics between two zeroth order resonators are simulated. The factor of the insertion loss is due to the conductor, the dielectric, and the radiation from the standing wave at the edge of the ground plane. The dominant factor is the via and the dielectric. In addition, the frequency stability is examined in the various parameters : the width of the ground plane, the distance between two resonators and the alignment error of two resonators.
