Abstract(in English) A pulse borehole radar system for underground cavity detection was implemented. It used dipole antenna with the bandwidth from 20MHz to 200MHz of the length of 1.5m. The pulse generator has the peak voltage of 580V and the pulse width of 10ns. The receiver is composed of ultra-wideband amplifier with the adjustable gain from -40dB to 60dB and the high speed sampler with the 1GHz sampling rate. The radar signal was acquired in the test site and was compared with the one of a conventional pulse borehole radar system.
