| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,知識と経験に基づく専門家の判断処理を実現する知的情報処理システム化技術を提案した.歯科領域を一例として,本システム化技術を側面位頭部レントゲン規格画像上の解剖学的計測点の認識,顔面軟組織側面像の分類,抜歯に関する最適治療計画立案という複数の問題に適用した.システムの性能を高める上で極めて重要なのは,特徴ベクトル表現の生成手法である.そこで,歯科医の知識と思考プロセスを基に抽出する特徴を決定して特徴ベクトル表現を生成してシステムを開発した.そして,歯科医による判断結果と比較することでシステムを評価し,高い性能が得られることが確認された.以上のことから,本技術が高い汎用性を持つことが示された. |
| 抄録(英) | The technique to develop an intelligent system performing the expertise judgment is proposed in this study. The technique was applied to automatic recognition of cephalometric landmarks, classification of human nasal profiles, and automatic treatment planning for tooth extraction in the orthodontic treatment. The essential factor in the technique, the feature extraction method from patient's records was determined based on the knowledge of expert dentists and the systems were developed. It was confirmed that all the systems were practical in a clinical use and the technique of system development was versatile. |
