Abstract(in English) When developing electronic devices for display, nano-scale materials, information on their electron emission at the quantum chemistry level is of the utmost relevance. Here we present the newly developed electron emission simulator based on the Monte Carlo method that uses outputs of tight-binding quantum chemical molecular dynamics to infer the Fowler-Nordheim tunnel current and direct tunnel current from surface of electronic devices materials.
