Abstract(in English) A current endoscopic diagnosis diagnoses from structural change and an undulation and shadow of tissue by inspection. Therefore skill is required of a doctor. In addition, in late years three-dimensional measurement by an endoscope image is expected for an endoscope operation in increase and robot surgery. However, inspection of the details was enabled by the improvement of an endoscope, but three dimensional measurement by image is not used in clinical application. We have been studing about a probability of hree dimensional measurement by the latest image device. We investigate three-dimensional mensuration to be optimum for an endoscope.
