| 抄録(和) | 表面筋電図から筋線維伝導速度を計測する場合,皮下の筋線維と表面電極との相対的な位置関係を合わなければいけない.しかし,皮下の筋線維走行方向と皮膚表面の電極との相対的な角度を合わせることは難しく,この角度にずれが生じると伝導速度の正確な値を推定することができない.そのため,多くの場合その相対角度を探るために電極の貼り付けを繰り返す必要がある.本研究の目的は格子状表面電極から筋線維の走行方向を推定する手法の開発である.本研究では,表面電位の空間的な分布と時間波形の両方を考慮した3次元テンプレートを用いて運動単位を同定し,得られた時空間的な位置を用いて筋線維走行方向の推定を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | It is difficult to estimate of the muscle fiber conduction velocity because of differences between the electrode direction and muscle fiber direction. The aim of this study is to develop of the estimation technique for muscle fiber direction from the grid surface electrodes. In this study, we propose a new method that presumes muscle fiber direction from the result of obtained by identifying a motor unit with using 3D template. From this results, it is indicated that both muscle fiber conduction velocity and muscle fiber direction can be measured by using our developed system. |
