Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is called animacy perception to feel, "It is a living thing" regardless of animate or inanimate thing at which we are looking. Moreover, when target where the straight line of an equal velocity moves by the plane changes the speed and the direction, we are known animacy is perceived. In this research, it proposes the life detection system by the image sequence processing by using this perception characteristic. The center of gravity point is extracted from the movement object in the image sequence, the speed and the direction change are calculated, and whether the moving object in the image sequence is animate or inanimate thing is presumed.
