Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to create knowledge in an organization, face-to-face communication among employees plays an important role. We developed a sensor-net application called "Business Microscope" which visualizes the organizational activity. This helps us to observe communications and actions of the employees. In this paper, we propose a visualization method which shows member's communication-style on a two axes graph. One axis represents the amount of communications, and the other means the diversity of communications. This visualized information is useful for managing knowledge creating organization by considering each member's communication style.
