Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, a facial expression training aiming an expressive face receives attention. The comparison between a current face and a target face makes it possible to check the muscles which need to be trained. However it is difficult to analyze the difference of faces without facial muscle knowledge. Hence, this study aims to estimate the muscle parameters which indicate the muscle's level of contraction and to show the estimation results as a person can understand the implication of parameters. In this paper, we focus attention on smile because smile is the most important facial expression in facial expression training. Additionally, we select facial muscles around mouth which need to be contracted when a person creates smile. The muscle parameters were calculated from a distance of feature points.
