A Proposal of Support System for the Prior Tutor Guidance

Abstract(in English) At a lot of universities, the study guidance for students is done based on the learning results until the former semester. The teacher analyzes the cause of defective results of each student, and advises the student for improving his/her study predicaments. However, in this method, the student cannot be cared until the his/her study plan failed. Therefore, we develop a new support system for the prior tutor guidance. The system informs the student's study predicaments to him/her and the teacher regularly by observing the study situation of the student, and an early support is achieved. In this paper, the basic design of the system is proposed.
