Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) One application of the one-end impedance measurement technique is studied for multiport modeling of LSI packages. In this report, the one-end technique and the traditional 2-port technique are compared by the measurement of two test boards. The structures of signal and return lines are different between two boards. In the one-end technique, two equations exist for culculatig Z_<21> and the differences of calculated results were obsereved between two equations. Furthermore, the errors of Z_<21> phase values were observed in the measurement results with the one-end technique.
