Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) When a listener try to listening the recorded audio data at short time, there is a method of changing the playing speed of the data. But, if the listener changes the playing speed suddenly, he often fails to hear some words. In the previous work of the authors, a method for modifying a playing speed plan optimally had been proposed. Using this method, a listener can finish hearing whole contents at the shortest time, and does not fail to catch any words. In this paper, the method has been extended with estimation of speaking rate. In order to demonstrate the efficiency of the extension, fundamental experiments, hearing tests using signals of different speaking rate, were carried out.
