Abstract(in English) | Hybrid Trefftz finite element method was improved. In the presented method, whole analyzing region is divided by Trefftz finite elements without the conventional finite elements. Because a functional for the Trefftz finite element can be estimated by integration on the boundary of the element, the presented method can analyze with fewer unknowns. To investigate the validity of the presented method, we analyzed plane wave scattering characteristics of a 2D diffraction grating. |
