Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper discusses an encryption scheme such that, in case that a ciphertext is sent to several users simultaneously, each user can decrypt a different part of ciphertext according to the user's secret key. In the case that a message includes some sensitive information, e.g., personal information, such information should be disclosed for only privileged users even if the message can be browsed by several users. In order to achieve this by a cryptographic technique, we can adopt a simple approach, e.g., a partial encryption. However, there is no security notion for such a situation. This paper discusses the security notion and shows some constructions.
