Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We suggest a care and medical support network for regional aged people. The communication terminal placed in each patient's home is connected to a watching system. To access patient's terminal via network, remote nurse or care manager can get the information and physical condition of the patient. A watching system consists of some sensors like Mobile phone, and LAN sphygmomanometer, etc. A SIP protocol is used for authentication of users, identification of place of users, VoIP communication, and real-time management of status of patients. Our system will realize following points : (1) Real-time access (2) Security (3) Flexible communication style which depends on the attribute of patients.
