Abstract(in English) | Maturity of information infrastructure and the sophistication of information delivery provides new change to the relationship between customers and companies or companies and companies. And this democratizes the innovation by IT user company that heightens the possibility of information processing and user themselves. This is the background of Web2.0. This paper analyzes the new business model such as Amazon.com by this recognition and interprets the relationship between companies and companies such as traceability by the same rules. Finally this describes the diversification of collaboration and the emerging of new platform. |
