Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Nano-electrode arrays with the electrode gaps being about 1500nm or about 100nm were connected with organic dithiols and gold nano-particles, and the electronic and photo-electronic properties of the devices were investigated. Devices made with molecules having ruthenium complex moieties in the π-electronic systems showed relatively sharp photo-response and the current/incident photon ratio was about 1400 exceeding unity. |
