Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Three oligosilanes with different side groups (o-DMSi, o-MPSi and o-DPSi) were synthesized and vacuum-evaporated on a cleavage surface of KC1 and friction-transferred PTFE and p-DMSi layers. Structure and optical properties of oligosilanes in thin film were investigated. o-MPSi formed amorphous layer independent of evaporation conditions. o-DPSi film was composed of octaphenylcyclotetrasilane and o-DPSi grew epitaxially on a KC1 substrate as following relation ; (101)[101]_//(001)[210]_ o-DMSi also formed oriented film on a KC1 substrater and friction-transferred PTFE and p-DMSi layers. o-DMSi film deposited on polymer layers indicated remarkable anisotropic polarized PL.
