Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, a design and a basic experimental result of CMOS stabilized power supply circuit for wireless drive of microsensors is presented. The problems in the wireless power supply for microsensors are efficiency improvements in the RF-DC converter and realization of low power conception CMOS power supply circuit. In the RF-DC converter, Surface Mount devices of low threshold Schottky barrier diode were buried on the silicon substrate for the efficiency improvements. As a result, the performance that was able to drive the CMOS power supply circuit has been obtained. The CMOS power supply circuit operates intermittently its voltage boosting block and LDO circuit, and enables to supply high driving power momentarily. From the result of circuit simulations, the CMOS power supply circuit will be able to provide DC4V-1mW intermittently for 100msec to the microsensors devices.
