Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Compositional and temperature dependences of saturation magnetizaion (Ms) and uniaxial magnetocrystalline anisotropy (Ku) are determined using Co-Cr-Ta and Co-Cr-Pt single crystal thin films. Temperature dependence of Ms and Ku are enhanced with increasing Cr content. Ms(OK) and Curie temperature (Tc) decrease linearly with increasing Cr content in a Co-Cr-X (X=Ta, Pt) system. Ms(OK) and Tc become zero at the Cr concentration of 33 at.%. A Co-Cr-Pt specimen has a higher Tc and a higher Ku than those of a Co-Cr-Ta specimen with similar Cr concentration. The magnetic properties of polycrystalline medium are comfirmed to depend strongly on those of Co-rich core crystalline grains in Cr segregated microstructure.
