Abstract(in English) When pressure is applied on a BOF, a multilayer band pass filter which is deposited on a single mode fiber end face, the reflection spectrum of it shifts to shorter wavelength. Relation between pressure and spectrum shift has been found to be well explained by Hertz's elastic contact theory. The spectrum shift corresponding to pressure can be stably measured by means of DWPR, Dual Wavelength Push-pull Reflectometry proposed by the authors.
