Wavelength Stability to Environmental Temperature of Parallel Type Phase-Coding Encoder Module

Abstract(in English) We have experimentally evaluated characteristics of parallel type phase-coding encoder module, which integrated four phase-coding encoders. We have demonstrated that the individual wavelength tuning in 1pm resolution without influencing to other reflective characteristic of each encoder was available. We have redesigned an encoder mounting structure to reduce the temperature distribution. Improving the temperature distribution to environmental temperature has been verified by experimentally evaluation of wavelength stability to environmental temperature.
