Abstract(in English)	This study investigate the nature of communication during disaster relief toward disaster revitalization from the case of Noto Peninsula earthquake that happened May 25, 2007. It reveals the survivors-centered-disaster-relief, comparing the Disaster Volunteer Center with the foot-bath activity by 'Chuetsu-KOBE Ashiyu-tai'.
