| 抄録(和) | 鉄道は総合システムである。従ってその安全確保には安全制御のみならず,日常の適切な設備診断・保全,自然災害に対する対応,ヒューマンに起因する事故の防止,踏切など他のシステムとの境界領域での対策,ホームドアやホーム柵などの利用者の防護など多面的な様相を呈する。本論文では新幹線における安全性の仕組みと研究内容を概観し,今後の取組を考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | The railway system is an integrated total system. Therefore, not only the safety control but also maintaining the normal operation of various subsystems is important in the safety assurance of the Shinkansen train operation. For example, the consideration of an appropriate equipment diagnosis in daily life, maintenance, and the preventative action against the natural disaster, etc. is needed for the maintaining of safety. This thesis reports on the mechanism and the content of the research of safety in the Shinkansen. And, the ideal way of the approach in the future is considered. |
