| Abstract(in English) | The railway system is an integrated total system. Therefore, not only the safety control but also maintaining the normal operation of various subsystems is important in the safety assurance of the Shinkansen train operation. For example, the consideration of an appropriate equipment diagnosis in daily life, maintenance, and the preventative action against the natural disaster, etc. is needed for the maintaining of safety. This thesis reports on the mechanism and the content of the research of safety in the Shinkansen. And, the ideal way of the approach in the future is considered. |
