Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report discusses the concepts and methodologies of the development of the frame-based knowledge engineering environment ZERO++ which can share the knowledge base on the network environment. ZERO++ is an extension of ZERO that was developed by the authors. The features of the extension are as follows : 1) Sharing of knowledge base on network environment; 2) Parallel processing of processing requests from clients; 3) Environment with easy development of application program. This system was implemented in X-Window system (X11R6) and GNU g++ on Solaris and SunOS. ZERO++ system is working on a UNIX workstation for the development of a realtime knowledge system for the autonomous robot system.
