Abstract(in English) A novel absolutely single-polarization holey fiber using anisotropic fundamental-space filling mode (FSM) is proposed. This fiber can be designed by using the FSMs of elliptical-hole lattice in the core region and circular-hole lattice in the cladding. Moreover, when the material dispersion is included in the calculations of FSMs, it is also easy to design their wavelength dispersion properties.
