| 抄録(和) | デジタルICより成る電子機器に電力を安定供給する低圧大電流用スイッチング電源は、負荷の急激な変化に対し、速やかに応答する必要がある。本稿では、電源回路でおくれの主な原因となる平滑回路が基本的に不要で、2相非対称矩形波を半波同期整流することで零リップルを実現した。この回路は2相方式の非対称インバータの各相出力に半波同期整流器を結合したもので、実験により100kHzのスイッチング周波数で95%の効率と30μsecの応答時間のものが得られた。 |
| 抄録(英) | The low voltage-high current switching converter for supplying power to the digital IC should be of quick response for the high-speed change of loading. The delay of the converter mainly comes from the smoothing circuit, that is, L-C filter. We propose in this paper a new circuit for removing the smoothing circuit of the usual manner and realize a switching converter of quick response. The new circuit consists of two phase asymmetry inverters with half-wave synchronous switches. In these converters, instead of taking the power from the smoothing capacity, the power is derived from the secondary windings of the reactor, that is, the transformer. From the experimental result, the efficiency of 95% response and the delay time of 30 micro sec. are obtained with Vi=140V, Vo=3V, switching frequency of 100kHz. |
