Abstract(in English) In this report, improvement of a 2×2 active integrated amplifier antenna array was explained, and the better structure progressed on the problem of the function such as high power was demonstrated. In order to improve characteristics as antenna pattern of the 2×2 array, a tuning function using an open stubs was added to the array. Further, the two-stage FET amplifier was adopted in the unit cell in order to enhance the design flexibility, and the fundamental data were obtained.
