Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to reveal the characteristic of haptic perception of elasticity, two psychophysical experiments were conducted. In this experiments, elasticity changed while a participant pushed the virtual springs. The results showed that elasticity was perceived not merely based on the terminal force, but based on the process of participant's motion.
