Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, superresolution DOA estimation with array antenna has become indispensable for various application fields. However, the DOA estimation performance of the superresolution methods deteriorates significantly, when mutual coupling and position error of array elements exist. Therefore array calibration is necessary. In this report, we propose a method to enhance the calibration accuracy by using additive virtual elements to the array. The estimated calibration matrix can be regarded as a transform matrix to the virtual array. Effect of the proposed method is verified by computer simulations.
