Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The actual channel response matrix is different from CSIT due to time-variant environment in multiuser MIMO downlink. This causes IUI (Inter-User-Interference) because ZF-method cannot create perfect null to undesired users. IUI can be causing large performance degradation when using the generally-used receive beamforming. This paper proposed ES-MLD (Enhanced Simplified Maximum Likelihood Detection) in multiuser MIMO scenario which is the expanded concept of S-MLD (Simplified MLD). S-MLD has been developed in the single-user scenario which is vulnerable to unexpected interferences. On the other hand, the proposed ES-MLD is robust to IUI because the method decodes the undesired signals. The computer simulation shows that ES-MLD has the robustness to environment change.
