Abstract(in English) Considering the limits of the Radio Regulations, we perform a study of link budget for Ku-band, Non-GSO satellite communications systems, which are to be used for video uplink from Land-Mobile Vehicle. Also, a radio-wave propagation simulation is done in order to confirm the effectiveness of the systems in urban areas. Moreover, an experimental hardware system is developed to simulate the communications in the circumstances of blockage and satellite-handover. It is concluded that Ku band, Non GSO Satellite Communications systems for video uplink from land mobile vehicle is feasible and useful especially in urban areas.
