| Abstract(in English) | The Japanese rules and regulation for the broadband PLT were enforced on 4 October 2006. In Japan, only in-house PLTs are allowed to be used, but access PLTs are prohibited. Common-mode current in communication mode shall be measured using an ISN having an LCL of 16dB with differential/common mode impedances being 100 Ω/25 Ω, respectively. The limit is 30 dBμA from 2 MHz up to 15 MHz, while 20 dBμA from 15 MHz to 30 MHz. The fundamental concepts of these limits and measurement methods are briefly described. |
