Major two points are discussed. First, malicious human behaviors are categorized. And potential malicious behaviors can be extracted with an "intension" word before a guide word of HAZOP. Second, negative risks are introduced on beneficial results of service on effects analysis, and it is possible to evaluate harm and benefit simultaneously.
