Abstract(in English) | This paper explains the key issues of major elements of EMEA (Event Mode and Effects Analysis), which is an expanded FMEA for service reliability study. Major two points are discussed. First, malicious human behaviors are categorized. And potential malicious behaviors can be extracted with an "intension" word before a guide word of HAZOP. Second, negative risks are introduced on beneficial results of service on effects analysis, and it is possible to evaluate harm and benefit simultaneously. |
