Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The IEC 711 coupler response, actual-ear response, harmonic distortion, sound attenuation and acoustic crosstalk characteristics of 5 models of earphones and 2 models of headphones are measured and compared. The results indicated that the ICE 711 coupler responses are not identical to actual-ear responses in some models, sound attenuation level is -20dB at maximum, acoustic crosstalk are less than -40dB below 10kHz, and THD is -40dB in most earphones.
