Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A D-amino acids sensor based on therrmostable D-Proline dehydrogenase(D-Pro DH) immobilized with thermoreversible agar gel was prepared. Influence of polar organic solvents on the properties of the D-Pro DH immobilized electrode was investigated by electrochemical techniques. Under the aqueous solution, the current response of D-Proline increase of the temperature of the solution up to 50℃. As a result of the long term stability, the response was stable for 80 days. The current response of D-Proline decreased with increase the mixing ratio of alcohols. The current response was correlated with the dielectric constant of alcohol solvents.
