Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an X-MAC based protocol for wireless sensor networks, which aims to achieve high delivery ratio, low delay and low energy consumption. By notifying the number of packets due to buffer overflow. In addition, transmition efficiency can be increased by temporarily assigning high duty cycle to nodes which have many pending packets. And this helps decreasing the delay from source to sink. Our simulation results show that the proposed protocol can enhance the packet delivery ratio, while keeping the same level of delay and energy efficiency as X-MAC.
